The cobblestone areas where the four front buildings will be located are each 8” x 8”, and the two behind them (one on each side) are 7” x 8”. For the larger buildings, the rear cobblestone areas are each 11” x 8”. and the center elevation is 10" x 11". In the center of the display is an open area where you can create a “town square” with a frozen pond in the back. There is plenty of room for trees and lighted accessories to make the town square an incredible focal point.

The platform coordinates with all of the other platforms in the Snow Flake series. Simply slide one platform next to the other, in any order to create a larger display area.

Features of this display include:

  • Pathways, stone walls, stair cases and landings are hand carved. The stone walls are a wonderful feature with a slightly aged look, which is perfect for the Christmas season.
  • The pathway starts in the front on one side, curves around, and then ends in the front on the opposite side.
  • There are 5 elevations for the buildings, giving your buildings depth.
  • Along the front of the display, a straight stone wall with a straight pathway in front. Between the front pathway and front wall, there are places for up to 4 lamp posts (if you don’t want that many or any along the front, the places for the lamp posts can be covered over with the ground cover so they disappear). We have a great way of displaying the lamp post so they are very easy to put up, stable, and all the wires are hidden from view.
  • The ground cover is a high quality snow cover. An extra amount of the snow is included with the display so you can customize the display to your need.

We strongly suggest purchasing our display stands or creating you own. The stands raises the display four inches off your table or counter, so the power cords and wires can be located under the display instead of coming out the sides or back, ruining the magical look of your village. We also offer skirting in a season pattern to go around the platform to hide the display stands, battery packs and wires.

Please Note: Our displays are shown with Dept. 56 and Lemax building and accessories. However buildings and accessories are just for presentation purposes only. No Dept. 56 or Lemax items are include with the platforms unless otherwise noted.

Front view of the Christmas platform. There is space for three buildings on either side, and up to five buildings across the back (depending on size). In the center is plenty of room for a park, plus a frozen pond perfect for ice skirting. Most buildings are on a different elevation than the one next to it.

Back center view of the display. The hand-carved stone walls adds a wonderful element to this Christmas platform, as does the cobblestone pathways (also hand-carved). We used the porcelains white fencing by Dept 56 along the edges of the wall, and it added a great detail to the platform. On the left side of the photo shows the frozen pond with the trees around the edges.

Back left view of the display. On the far left side you can see a couple of buildings that are a part of the Christmas Square display platform.

View of the right side of the display. There are steps located throughout the display, which is used to transition from one elevation to another.

View of the back half of the display. As you can see the cobblestone pathway is in the shape of a horseshoe, starting on one side, curving around, and ending up on the other side.

Front view of the right side of the  horseshoe cobblestone pathway. We used small trees in front of the buildings and larger trees behind.  The rest of these pictures were taken with only the lights from the buildings and accessories.
