Q. What are your platforms made from?

A. They are carved from Styrofoam, painted with latex paint, and the ground cover is glued on. Some customers ask if they can be made out of wood, but the increase cost of the wood and the increase on the cost of the shipping would not make it affordable. 

Q. Can the Halloween platforms be used for Christmas by sprinkling the snow over the platform, then the snow removed so it can be used again for Halloween?

A. Unfortunately no. The snow will not come out of the grass very easily, nor would the snow cover the grass very well.

Q. What happened to the discounts when ordering more than one platform?

A. The actual cost of shipping is higher than our listed rates, but we offer a lower price because we fear customers won't purchase our platforms if shipping is at the full rate. In order to offer the lesser shipping cost, either we had to raise prices of the platforms (something we don't want to do) or we eliminate the discount on purchasing more than one platform. We decided to eliminate the discount of purchasing more than one platform. 

Q. What are the sizes of the various platforms?

A. At the top the page for each platform provides the specifics, including the size of the platform. 

Q. Where do we ship?

A. We ship to the United States and Canada. Unfortunately trying to ship overseas is both incredibly expensive and difficult due to the paperwork.
