Visiting amusement parks have long been a tradition during the summer, but since the late 1980s to early 1990s, visiting them during the Halloween season has become a tradition as well. They are open on weekends during October, their lampposts are covered in corn stalks, spooky music coming from the speaker system, scary costume characters walking around frightening people, and when it gets dark, they outline all the sidewalks with lit jack-o-lanterns. Ok, the last part I did make up, but it would cool if they did. It is safe to say, amusement parks definitely have the Halloween spirit. This display tries to embrace the excitement of visiting the amusement park during Halloween.

This amusement park has three levels for your rides/attractions and accessories (4 levels if you count the sidewalk area in the very front). Each level is designed to display the best features of your amusement park pieces. The display will hold up to 11 rides/attractions plus plenty of room for accessories. Connecting all of the areas for the rides/attractions together are cobblestone pathways and alongside the pathways are 20 areas for lampposts. You do not have to display that many lampposts if you do not want to. The areas not used can be covered over with some of the extra ground cover (included with the display) so they can be used for other accessories.

On the first level are two large cobblestone areas for your rides/attractions and accessories (one on the left and one on the right). Each area can hold two or more rides (depending upon the size of each ride) plus attractions and accessories. The curving stonewall of level two makes a great backdrop for your pieces. Between these two cobblestone areas, in the center is another staircase leading up to the second level.

The second level features an area in the center to showcase one of your rides or attractions. This area is the premiere location for your most favorite piece.  There is a cobblestone pathway curving all the way around it this area, and two other straight cobblestone area intersecting in the middle. On the sides of this level is another two areas for your rides/attraction.

The third level is along the back and has a large cobblestone area that will hold up to five rides or attractions plus accessories.

As with all of our Halloween displays:

• The ground cover is green with seasonal fall colors blended in (reds, orange, yellow, brown, and tan). An extra amount of the ground cover and each accent color is included with the display so you can customize the amount of fall colors that you want on the ground.
• One of the best features: The electrical wires for the buildings and accessories run under the display, and out of view.
