This display set is designed for a larger building such as the Haunted Mansion, Grimsly Manor, Victorian House or even the school, but smaller buildings will work as well. The cobblestone area where the building will sit is large enough to have the buildings at a slight angle. The pond on the right has rocks and dirt around the edge with the water tinted to look murky for a great Halloween feature. 

Features of this display include:

• The ground cover is green with seasonal fall colors blended in (reds, orange, yellow, brown, and tan). An extra amount of the ground cover and each accent color is included with the set so you can customize the amount of fall colors that you want on the ground.
• The pathways, staircases, walls, and area around the building are all hand-carved.
• Along the front of the property, a retaining wall divided on the left side by a staircase.
• A curving pathway carved in a cobblestone pattern, inviting only the bravest of souls up to the front door.
• On the left side of the pathway is the perfect location for your accessory. If your accessory use a battery pack or a plug, we have a wonderful method for hiding the wires and the battery pack.
• A second retaining wall curling around the building, with two staircases.
• The area for the building is carved in a cobblestone pattern (to match the pathway). To customize this area for your building, use some of the extra ground cover to cover up the excess cobblestone, leaving a cobblestone outline around the building.
• On the right side, the Perilous Pond. Who knows what might happen if you get too close. The pond has rocks around the part of the edges and in the water, and gets deeper towards the center.
• Behind the pond, additional space for your accessory. If your accessory use a battery pack or a plug, we have a wonderful method for hiding the wires and the battery packs. 
• This is a 1 piece display.
• Between the front wall and the pathway/sidewalk, there are places for 2 lampposts. With our system, the lampposts stay nice and secures.
